PeriCargo provides domestic and international shipping, freight forwarding, and courier services. All services are subject to availability and may vary depending on location, destination, and applicable laws.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate shipping and contact information
• Comply with all applicable shipping regulations
• Not ship any prohibited or restricted items (e.g., explosives, narcotics, counterfeit goods)
• Ensure all packages are securely packaged and labeled

4. Prohibited Shipments

The following items may not be shipped via PeriCargo:

• Perishable goods without prior approval

5. Rates and Payment

• Rates are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and declared value
• All payments must be made in full before shipment
• Rates may be subject to change due to fuel surcharges, customs fees, or regulatory changes

6. Delivery Estimates

Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only. Delays due to customs, weather, or third-party carriers are beyond our control. PeriCargo is not liable for consequential damages resulting from delayed shipments.

7. Insurance and Claims

• Basic liability coverage is included unless otherwise stated
• Additional insurance may be purchased at the time of booking
• Claims for damage, loss, or delay must be submitted within 7 business days of delivery or expected delivery date
• Claims require proof of value and may be subject to investigation

8. Refunds and Cancellations

• Service cancellations must be requested before shipment is picked up
• Refunds are issued only for unshipped or canceled orders within the eligible period
• No refunds are given for customs-related delays, noncompliance, or confiscated goods

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PeriCargo is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss or damage due to inaccurate information provided by the user
• Delays caused by acts of God, customs inspections, or third-party carriers

Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the PeriCargo website, including logos, images, and text, is the property of PeriCargo LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

12. Modifications to Terms
